The English archer of the middle ages was a professional soldier by the time of Edward III. He would have been required master a range of fighting skills, which didn't always involve a longbow. Even in the great battles of Crecy, Poiters and Agincourt he was required to draw sword and lay on to enemy, admittedly after causing serious damage, disruption and mayhem with his longbow. The English archer would have been a skilled archer, swordsman, wrestler and dagger fighter.

Now you have the chance to emulate this in the 21st Century, 500 hundred years later. We will show you the use of a long sword, longbow and how to wrestle as a medieval English archer would have in those great days when Kings and Knight rode and the Archer did the work.

The course based on the writings of medieval experts, is designed to teach you how to use a sword effectively and introduce wrestling and dagger fighting to your arsenal of martial skills. In other word learn to shoot, cut, stab and throw your  enemy to the floor.

You will need shorts/tracksuit, T-shirt, water or soft drink. No prior experience required only a willingness to have fun and learn.
